Wakkanai, the only "city" in the Soya jurisdiction. The northernmost city in Japan. It is a convenient city with all the food, clothing and shelter, and there is also the nature unique to the northern city. The sunset on the west coast and Rishiri Island and Rebun Island floating in the sea are superb views. It is the center of the Soya area.
