Esashi Town is popular for seafood such as hair crabs, scallops, and salmon. It is distributed all over Japan as the "Okhotsk Esashi brand". Usutaibesenjoiwa, which is designated as the North Okhotsk Prefectural Natural Park, is visited by many people to see the rising sun that dyes the Sea of Okhotsk red and the drift ice that spreads all over.
